He graduated from the faculty of Economics & Administrative Sciences, International Relations Department at Boğaziçi University.

He started his career in 1991 as an assistant inspector at Garanti Bank. After becoming an authorized Assistant Inspector, he started working as a Marketing Portfolio Manager at Esbank in 1995 and then as a Marketing Manager at Osmanlı Bank Yenicami / Eminönü Branch in 1996. In 2002 he was transferred as the Director of the U.S. Ex-Imp Bank Credits at PNC Bank Representative Office in Istanbul. He attended workshops in PNC Bank headquarters in Pittsburgh. Between 2003 and 2010, he worked as Branch Manager at Akbank Gayrettepe Commercial, Pangaltı and Ümraniye Branches. While he was working in Akbank, he also voluntarily gave lectures to the personal. In 2010, he transferred to Denizbank and was appointed as Denizbank Bankalar Caddesi Branch Manager. In 2012, he was appointed as Finansbank Galata Commercial Branch Manager.

After serving as Turkey's best banks for many years as Retail / Mixed / Commercial Branch Manager, he was left banking sector career while working as a Manager of Finansbank Galata Commercial Branch. He was transferred to NMTS (New Millennium Training Solutions) in July 2014 as an Education Consultant. For three years, at Millennium Training (NMTS) he has designed and delivered corporate trainings to the most important state and private banks of our country such as Ziraat Bank, Denizbank and Halkbank.

In 07/2017 he started working as the founding general manager of Argus Consulting and Training Services. In addition to training services in this company, he made successful studies on Customer Experience Management and Design. It also supports his clients in financial matters such as investment loans, financial check-ups, financial consulting, credit and debt restructuring.

Mr. İlkehan has taken great pleasure in designing lectures on Communication, Sales and Marketing, Management, Strategy and Leadership, contributing to the development of people and institutions and getting effective results.
